Card for Dad

Here's the Father's Day card that I made for my dad for Father's Day. I got my inspiration from the Stamper's Showcase from the other day (for those Non-demos: It's a gallery on the demo side of the Stampin' UP website where they feature a few cards sent in by demonstrators. They post about 4-5 new cards every day.)
Anyway, I have had this stamp set for a few months now and just decided to open it up and cut it out because it did not end up on the retiring list! So I guess I can keep it for a while and maybe use it?

Paper: Soft Sky, Close to Cocoa, River Rock, WW
Ink: Soft Sky, Close to Cocoa, River Rock
Tools: Sm & Lg star punch
Other: Dimensionals

geez...I just noticed I didn't use any embellishments! that may be a first for me!

Graduation Card

This is a graduation card I made this morning, inspired by Kristina's card. I'm always inspired by her, she's got the best stuff!

We're off (obviously) to a graduation party today, then visiting FIL for father's day. Gotta combine these trips as much as possible to save on gas these days!

have a great weekend everyone!

Paper: Real red prints, black, ww.
Accessories: red ribbon from Jersey ribbon originals, black brad, letters from "street sign" cricut cartridge.

Hello! Can you believe it's June? It sure doesn't feel like it here. We've had rain, rain and more rain on the way. It looks like another week of rain ahead of us. It's just been the craziest spring for weather.

Here's a simple & quick page I made this morning! I used the Rose Cottage SS kit, along with letters from my Plantin Schoolbook Cricut cartridge.

June Desktop

Here's what's on my desktop this month. I've added pictures of my girls in the circles. It's a .png file so make sure you have a program that can open those files. You can click on the image above to take you to the website to download it! Isn't it fun?!

Have a great day & enjoy!!
