another star border

Happy April!!
I think this type of border works best for a manly type card, don't you think?
These colors are so fun. I used paper from the East Coast Prep pack. Since I have 2 girls now I don't seem to buy paper in these colors too much, but it might work for a girl's page for summer...maybe.

Have a great day everyone!

Supplies:
Paper: Brilliant Blue, More mustard, Real Red,
Tempting Turquoise, East Coast Prep
Accessories: Brads, Rub-ons, dimensionals
Tools: Sm star punch, Lg star punch

Love it and yes I agree the borders that way do seem more manly. I just bought that star punch too. Now I have an idea! Thanks Cynthia

Sara - I'm really commenting on your SB pages (but I love your cards). Thanks for the inspiration! I'm going to be looking at your previous blog entries to find more. I'm the PROUD Grandma of a brand-new little girl named Anna. She was born February 25th, so about 6 weeks younger than your Lydia, right? I *love* your SB pages! And I love that you use some SU stuff and that they aren't totally impossible or weird. Grin! Something I might really be able to do. I was SB'ing when I got into stamping, but then when I found SU, I starting making cards and haven't gotten back to my scrapbooking. But now that I have this precious little one and lots of pictures..... Grin! My own daughters are 24, 26 and 28 and the time has just FLOWN. Enjoy your girls - even those LONG days when the little one wants to nurse all the time! I miss those days terribly and I'm thankful to God for the wonderful relationship we all still share. They all live within an hour of us and love to get together with each other and the whole family. I just love it! Please keep up posting your SB pages! Very inspiring!

Sara, thanks for commenting on my blog! I didn't realize how long it's been since I've been to yours... I love the bright colors of this card and the layout is super! I'd use it for lots of things! And your scrapbook pages... I can't believe how much scrapbooking you've gotten done- where do you find the time? Your pages are gorgeous- I will be back soon to do some serious CASEING! Way to go on your digi page- I've still not been brave enough to try that.
