Card for Dad

Here's the Father's Day card that I made for my dad for Father's Day. I got my inspiration from the Stamper's Showcase from the other day (for those Non-demos: It's a gallery on the demo side of the Stampin' UP website where they feature a few cards sent in by demonstrators. They post about 4-5 new cards every day.)
Anyway, I have had this stamp set for a few months now and just decided to open it up and cut it out because it did not end up on the retiring list! So I guess I can keep it for a while and maybe use it?

Supplies:
Paper: Soft Sky, Close to Cocoa, River Rock, WW
Ink: Soft Sky, Close to Cocoa, River Rock
Tools: Sm & Lg star punch
Other: Dimensionals

geez...I just noticed I didn't use any embellishments! that may be a first for me!

I love the simplicity of this card! I have this set too, but I have used it rarely! Glad it wasn't retired - although I lost 19 sets in this round - ouch!! Anyway, thanks for the inspiration!
